Charleston’s The Restaurant at Zero George is home to one of the year’s most flavorful dishes, a playful combination of red shrimp with a savory muscadine marshmallow, curry and peanut.

“The Restaurant at Zero George, located in Charleston, was recently recognized in the debut edition of the American South’s Michelin Guide. This comes as no surprise given the fact that Zero George Executive Chef Vinson Petrillo created one of the most flavorful and intriguing dishes I’ve tasted this year—a feather-light red shrimp dish featuring a savory muscadine marshmallow, green curry foam, purple muscadine, fish sauce caramel and fried green peanuts.”
