Zero Café + Bar Restaurant Week Menu
Charleston Restaurant Week takes place now through January 18th. Zero Café + Bar is offering a three-course menu for $45 per person or order a la carte.
Led by Executive Chef Vinson Petrillo and his culinary team, Zero Café + Bar fare features locally grown and seasonal ingredients which have been thoughtfully paired with a curated list of small production, boutique wines and craft cocktails. Petrillo has a passion and appreciation for natural, local ingredients infused with his contemporary American Style. At Cannon Green, Executive Chef Amalia Scatena focuses on using local ingredients to create light, fresh and memorable dishes. Classically trained in Italy – Chef Scatena utilizes refined Mediterranean techniques to emphasize the essential elements of the handcrafted dishes she prepares.
