The PennyLane Cocktail
Not quite ready to let go of summertime as fall sits just around the corner? Well, we’re right there with you. Zero Restaurant + Bar manager, Cody Held, has crafted a fall cocktail that combines the essence of summer with cooler tones of autumn. Called “PennyLane”, Cody garnishes this dark cocktail with a summer-inspired strawberry fan to interlock the two seasons, much like the month of September joins summer with fall. “PENNYLANE” INGREDIENTS
1.5oz Vida Mezcal
.75oz Strawberry-Infused Bruto Americano
.75oz Cocchi Sweet Vermouth
1 Dash Xocolatl Mole Bitters
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients into mixing glass, stir, strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube, and garnish with a strawberry fan
