Limehouse Produce ~ Citrus Celebration
Zero Restaurant will once again participate in Limehouse Produce’s annual Citrus Celebration cocktail competition. This year, the competition revolves around the Page Mandarin fruit, a cross between a Minneola Tangelo and a Clementine Mandarin. Limehouse Produce will announce the Citrus Celebration winners in mid-January, 2017. Zero Restaurant’s submission is a sour-style cocktail~ a Page Mandarin Cordial. 1 oz chamomile- infused Pisco
1 oz blanco Tequila
.75 oz Page Mandarin cordial
.75 lime
Barspoon agave nectar
4 drops Celery Shrub
