July Sparkling Wine Class
Pop. Fizz. Clink! On July 6th and 7th, we’re breaking out the bubbly for our next wine class “Sparkling Wines to Beat the Summer Heat” hosted by our beverage manager Ashley Broshious who is the only female Advanced Sommelier in the Carolinas and Georgia – and, just one of six Advanced Somms in South Carolina.
In this three-part afternoon wine seminar, Broschious will breakdown the fundamentals of sparkling wines including how it’s made, how sparkling wines differ by region, and how to pair bubbles for any occasion.
Our monthly wine seminars are held in the Courtyard or Lounge (weather permitting, 1-2:30PM) directly following our Sunday cooking class led by Executive Chef Vinson Petrillo and Sous Chef Tyler Chavis. During the seminar, guests sample wines, and enjoy a variety of small snacks from executive chef Vinson Petrillo.
Classes are $75 per person. There are a limited number of tickets (10 per seminar) to keep the discussions interactive and intimate; guests are encouraged to ask questions and engage in a conversational-style seminar.
