Join us on Wednesday, June 16th to enjoy Zero George’s Signature Tasting Menu paired with wines selected by Guest Sommeliers Ellie Kang & Eric Sothern of Rhys Vineyards! Enjoy dinner from Chef Vinson Petrillo’s Tasting Menu along with rare wine pairings for a unique and delightful culinary experience. For $200 per ticket (+ tax and fees), you’ll enjoy an unforgettable meal.

About Eric Sothern & Rhys Vineyards

Eric Sothern, Director of Rhys Vineyards, has been passionate about hospitality and wine since attending Cornell University. He also earned a diploma from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and is on his way to becoming a Master of Wine. He has worked his way through some of the best in California wines, including Blackbird Vineyards, Bonny Doon Vineyard, and ÆRENA.

Rhys Vineyards was founded in 2004 by Kevin Harvey, a passionate wine collector. Today, Rhys is a producer of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah with seven estate vineyards — six in the Santa Cruz Mountains and one in Anderson Valley, each producing distinctive and soil-driven wine. The company’s mission is “to make great wines from California’s most exciting mountain vineyards.” We hope you will join us in experiencing these delightful wines.

Seatings are at 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm. Please note that since this is a special event, our regular wine pairings will not be offered. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies in your party; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate. This is a regular dinner service featuring rare wine pairings selected by guest sommeliers Ellie Kang & Eric Sothern.
