Guest Chef Dinner with Jeffrey Stoneberger
Chef Jeffrey Stoneberger joins Executive Chef Vinson Petrillo in the kitchen at Zero Restaurant + Bar on November 15, 2017. Stoneberger has graced some of the country’s most highly praised kitchens, including San Francisco’s Saison and Washington D.C.’s AGGIO, but his latest is a solo project. He is the chef and owner of Charleston pop-up restaurant 2Nixons. The nontraditional ramen restaurant features Japanese and Korean inspired cuisine. Petrillo and Stoneburger’s menu will incorporate caviar, truffles, and foie gras.
