Eau De Vie Cocktail

Made with cognac, Benedictine, orange peel, and garnished with a grape, the Eau De Vie is the perfect cocktail for a fall evening spent in the courtyard at Zero George. Below, we share the Eau De Vie cocktail recipe that is sure to spice up fall festivities. Eau De Vie Ingredients
1.5 ounces Pierre Ferrand Cognac
1/2 ounce Benedictine
1/2 ounces Angostura amaro
1/4 ounces Creole Shrub
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash Orange Bitters
Flamed Orange Peel
Grape Garnish

Instructions
Pour the cognac in to a Nick and Nora cocktail glass.
Add all the remaining ingredients to a mixing glass (except for the garnishes).
Stir and pour over the cognac.
Flame the orange peel and add it, along with a grape, for garnish.
