Down By The Bay Cocktail Recipe

At Zero Restaurant and Bar, we believe summer evenings are best spent with a cocktail in hand. Beverage Director Megan Mina crafted a summer cocktail menu that is worth savoring. Our Down By The Bay cocktail is made with Gin and flavored with Watermelon, Lime, Cucumber and Ginger juice, highlighting the flavors of the season. Down By The Bay

2 oz shiso infused Old Tom Gin (Hayman’s)
.5 oz Watermelon ginger molasses
2 oz carbonated Watermelon juice
.75 lime juice
.25 fresh cucumber juice
1 barspoon ginger juice

Shake all ingredients except watermelon soda. Double strain into collins glass. Fill with ice and top with watermelon soda. Garnish with watermelon rind baton.
