Charleston Restaurant Week, one of the most anticipated culinary events in town, takes place January 7-18! This celebration gives visitors and residents a chance to dive into the unique culmination of culinary delights throughout the city. From international cuisine to southern comfort food, Charleston is home to many James Beard award winning restaurants and notable chefs. Led by Executive Chef Vinson Petrillo and his culinary team, Zero Café + Bar fare features locally grown and seasonal ingredients which have been thoughtfully paired with a curated list of small production, boutique wines and craft cocktails. Petrillo has a passion and appreciation for natural, local ingredients infused with his contemporary American Style. Classically trained in Italy – Chef Scatena utilizes refined Mediterranean techniques to emphasize the essential elements of the handcrafted dishes she prepares.
