“For Valentine’s Day, I would love to pour Rajat Parr’s Domaine de la Cote “Bloom’s Field“. It is a single vineyard Pinot Noir from Santa Rita Hills, California. Rajat Parr is a three-time James Beard Award Winner. This is a bottle that is sure to elevate any date night. It is an elegant Pinot Noir that aligns itself more with Pinots from Burgundy and has been nicknamed “America’s Burgundy” and is sure to pair with anything on your menu. The Domaine de la Cote “Blooms Field” has a smaller allocation, generally less than 1,000 bottles per vintage, so it is perfect for a special occasion.  The Domaine operates organically and operates under the philosophy of “add nothing; take nothing away” which has a romantic sentiment perfect for the holiday!”
