The Caviar Bar at Zero George, an intimate and decadent caviar dining experience is now open. We are located in the Zero George Hotel, a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Charleston, and we are led by Zero Restaurant + Bar Executive Chef, Vinson Petrillo, and Beverage Director, Megan Mina.

The Setting

Walk through the wrought-iron gate and onto the cobblestoned courtyard and head up the stairs to our picturesque piazza. Then, relax in one of the plush bar chairs where you’ll be handed a crisp glass of bubbles to enjoy while you peruse the menu. Take in the feel of the fresh breeze, the sound of the bubbling fountain, and the scents of culinary delights emanating from our kitchen.

The Menu

Our carefully crafted menu pays homage to Chef Vinson’s previous role as Chef de Cuisine at Caviar Russe in New York City. Standard caviar service includes 0.5 oz of Regiis Ova Caviar per person with tasty accompaniments, such as crème fraîche, brioche, and potato chips. Additional à la carte items include delicious shareable dishes such as oysters, deviled eggs, and Waygu beef sandwiches.

The Caviar Bar’s picture-perfect piazza is the ideal location for a date night, romantic anniversary, or an intimate celebration. Let us offer a refined and luxurious night out, as we weave together the Lowcountry’s iconic warm hospitality with the highest quality ingredients to provide an experience as much as a meal. Reservations are available at The Caviar Bar at Zero George Tuesday through Sunday for $65 per person starting at 6:00 pm.
