Oaxaca Farmer Cocktail

Join us at Zero Restaurant and Bar for a farm-fresh cocktail – The Oaxaca Farmer. Made with Mezcal, green chartreuse, lavender, citrus, herbs, and edible flowers, this is the perfect cocktail for a summer evening spent in the courtyard at Zero George. Oaxaca Farmer

2 oz mezcal
1 oz “diosa verde” (tarragon, watercress, basil, cilantro)
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz lavender simple syrup
1/4 oz green chartreuse

Shaken, double strained, coup glass, edible flower and nestersion leaf oil drops
