ibu design takeover at Zero George
ibu Dinner at Zero Restaurant by Executive Chef Vinson Petrillo, 5-course prix-fixe menu inspired by global flavors, $95 with beverage pairings. Reservations required.
Just steps away from The Gaillard Center, Zero George is the best seat in the city for Spoleto Festival USA. Our tucked-away hotel and restaurant + bar is without a doubt the most convenient place to stay during your Spoleto visit, as well as an ideal oasis for a pre-show cocktail or après performance show-stealing dinner. And this year, Zero George is hosting our own Spoleto gallery, if you will, as we invite ibu to do a design takeover of our second floor lounge.
We can’t wait to see how King Street-based ibu will infuse Zero George’s neutral elegance with exotic hues and luxurious hand-woven textiles from women artisans around the world. The takeover is a Zero George “first” – highlighting how creative director Lynn Easton’s sophisticated palette can showcase complimentary designers. ibu’s Susan Hull Walker will be on hand at the kickoff trunk show on May 24th to tell how ibu celebrates “women of substance” throughout the world.
ibu will be in house throughout Spoleto, from May 24 – June 15, with Zero Bar now offering a special ibu cocktail (recipe below) through the festival, with a portion of the proceeds to support Aid to Artisans, a non profit organization dedicated to creating economic opportunities for crafts people in developing countries around the world.

½ oz Habanero Infused Simple Syrup
Top with Club Soda
