Before making his move down south, Garrison was the sous-chef at Boston’s acclaimed Fresh cuisine restaurant, L’Espalier. Since his arrival in Charleston, Garrison has revitalized Prohibition’s menu with his technical plating and new “casual tasting” menu. Petrillo and Garrison will collaborate to create a 5-course menu inspired by Fall Bounty, featuring wild game, wild mushrooms, and fall squashes plus beverage pairings for $125 per person.
