Charleston Restaurant Week

Charleston Restaurant Week, one of the most anticipated culinary events in town, takes place January 7-18! This celebration gives visitors and residents a chance to dive into the unique culmination of culinary delights throughout the city. From international cuisine to southern comfort food, Charleston is home to many James Beard award winning restaurants and notable chefs. Discover incredible cuisine at top restaurants during Restaurant Week. The event is executed by the Greater Charleston Restaurant Association, Inc (GCRA).

Zero Café + Bar and our sister property, Cannon Green, are now accepting reservations for Charleston Restaurant Week.

Led by Executive Chef Vinson Petrillo and his culinary team, Zero Café + Bar fare features locally grown and seasonal ingredients which have been thoughtfully paired with a curated list of small production, boutique wines and craft cocktails. Petrillo has a passion and appreciation for natural, local ingredients infused with his contemporary American Style.  All of his dishes are elegantly prepared in the Zero George professional display kitchen, located in the property’s original circa 1804 carriage house. Book online or call us at 843-817-7900.

At Cannon Green, Executive Chef Amalia Scatena focuses on using local ingredients to create light, fresh and memorable dishes. Classically trained in Italy – Chef Scatena utilizes refined Mediterranean techniques to emphasize the essential elements of the handcrafted dishes she prepares. Chef’s cuisine and menu offerings are seasonal — following the cycles of the local Lowcountry produced seafood and agricultural products. Book online or call 843-817-7311.
