Pushing Your Palate: An Experiential Class on Tasting More, Trying New Things, and Pairings

Culinary Village will be hosting Stephanie Burt of The Southern Fork, Chef Vinson Petrillo of Zero George, and Micah Lemon of Alley Light for an afternoon of pushing your palate to try new tastes and pairings on Friday, March 2nd from 4-5:30 p.m. in the VIP Siematic Lounge.
Host Stephanie Burt will facilitate some fun ways to teach your brain to be fearless when it comes to food, that is, with the help of Chef Vinson Petrillo and author and mixologist Micah Lemon.
Chef Petrillo will prepare two tastes, one for teaching how to build a dish, and the other as a pairing for Micah. Micah will teach how to balance a cocktail with a cocktail example and then create a cocktail pair for Chef Petrillo’s second dish. Stephanie will moderate, ask questions, teach and engage the audience, who will have eats, drinks, and up close “personal palate training” from two of the South’s best palates. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to learn from these culinary masters!
